On May 2, 2009, over 400 people heard Ilchi Lee, president of the International Brain Education Association (IBREA) and creator of Brain Education, speak at the Los Angeles Wilshire Plaza Hotel.
In his lecture, Ilchi Lee said that the core of his Brain Education method is the Brain Operating System (BOS) concept. The Brain Operating System is the system of beliefs and preconceptions in a person's brain through which they interact with the world. According to Lee, "When you find and start using your BOS, you can obtain health and success. To easily and effectively operate your BOS, there is a simple yet powerful tool called Brain Wave Vibration. Everybody can learn it in just one minute. I developed Brain Education and Brain Wave Vibration to help all humanity create a more positive future."
